Programmatic video, from brief to MP4

Use CodedClips as the rendering step in a script, agent or creative workflow. Send a scene brief, choose a supported model, approve the quoted price and retrieve a rendered 3D clip with its source scene.

Quote before submitting

POST /api/v1/quotes returns the price for your prompt, model, effort and duration. Quote requests do not generate a clip. Submit those same settings with confirmedCents so a changed quote is refused before spending.

Submit once, then poll

POST /api/v1/renders accepts a UUID requestId and returns a job ID with a status URL. Reuse that requestId only for retries of the same settings. Poll GET /api/v1/renders/{id} until done is true, then check failed and available before downloading.

Keep the scene as well as the movie

Successful jobs return links for the MP4 and generated Three.js scene. Keep signed download links private: anyone holding a valid sharing capability can use it. API keys belong on your server, never in public browser code.

Build for queues and failures

Jobs can wait for render capacity. Handle 402 for insufficient credits, 409 for request or price conflicts, and 429 with the Retry-After header. A failed generation restores app credit; an accepted job is not a promise of a successful render.

Read the complete API documentation

The API documentation includes authentication, account balance, request bodies and response examples. Create a revocable API key from your signed-in account and fund it with the same prepaid balance used by the studio.

Questions

Is this a Remotion or Manim hosting service?

No. CodedClips currently authors and renders Three.js scenes. It does not accept arbitrary Remotion projects or Manim Python scripts.

Can I send hundreds of jobs at once?

No. Submission rates and active jobs are bounded per account. Test small batches, honor refusal responses and increase demand only after measuring queue wait and successful throughput.

How is it priced?

You use prepaid credit and see the exact quote before confirming a generation. Failed generations return app credit. There is no monthly subscription.
